Built for founders who are curious — not coders.

You don't need a tech background. You need a business, an open mind, and four hours on a Saturday.

This is for you if…
  • You run or co-run a small/medium business and want AI to actually help, not confuse you
  • You've tried ChatGPT once or twice but feel you're scratching the surface
  • You want a safe, judgment-free space to ask "dumb" questions
  • You learn best by doing — with other women, not alone on YouTube
  • You're ready to leave with one working AI use case for your business
× This isn't for you if…
  • You're looking for a deep technical ML / data science bootcamp
  • You're an experienced AI engineer looking to level up technically
  • You want a passive, lecture-style webinar (this is hands-on)
  • You're not open to trying, experimenting, or learning publicly

Four hours. One real process. Automated.

You'll walk in with a manual task that eats your week. You'll walk out with a working AI automation, built by you. From idea to implementation — in one Saturday.

09:30

Welcome & Intro 15 min

Introductions, short pitch from each founder: who you are, what you do, and what's eating most of your time right now. We set the goal — by the end of the day, everyone leaves with a working automation for a real process.

09:45

Use Case Discovery 30 min

Individual exercise: list 5–7 things you do manually and regularly that bring real value to your business. Then filter by two axes — frequency and time spent — and pick ONE use case to work on today. Quick pair-share for validation.

10:15

AI Ecosystem Thinking 30 min

Mini-lecture + worksheet. What an AI ecosystem actually is — not a single tool, but a stack (LLM + knowledge base + integrations + automation layer). We break down the architecture with an example. Then you draw your own ecosystem map for your chosen use case.

10:45

☕ Break 15 min

Coffee, conversation, fresh air.

11:00

Meet Claude + Skills Marketplace 45 min

Introduction to Claude (how it's different from ChatGPT, where it shines), Projects, Artifacts, and the Skills marketplace. You'll set up your own Project for your use case, load relevant files and context, and connect the skills you need. Hands-on from minute one.

11:45

Prompt Engineering 45 min

Practical, not theoretical. The structure of a good prompt (role → context → task → format → constraints), few-shot examples, and iteration. You'll write and refine prompts for your specific use case. The shift: stop "asking AI questions" — start designing prompts as part of a process.

12:30

Build & Automate 45 min · lunch served

The main block. You assemble your process end-to-end: prompts + Claude Project + connectors/automation if needed. I walk around the room and help you through bottlenecks. Lunch is served so you can eat and build.

13:15

Show & Tell 30 min

Each founder presents: "this was manual → now it's automated → saving N hours per week." Two or three minutes each, plus feedback from the group. This is the moment it becomes real.

13:45

Wrap-up & Next Steps 15 min

What to do next, how to scale what you built, and how to stay connected through the AI Woman community.

Frequently asked.

What do I need to bring? +
Just your laptop (any laptop — Mac, Windows, anything from the last 5 years works), a charger, and a real business problem you want to solve. We'll handle the rest — the tools, the setup guide sent beforehand, the coffee, and the snacks.
What's the experience level? I've barely used ChatGPT. +
Perfect. This workshop is designed for absolute beginners. If you can open a browser and type an email, you can do this. We go step-by-step, and there's always someone next to you to help.
Will I actually leave with something working? +
Yes. That's the whole point. You'll leave with one small, working AI use case built around your own business — something you can actually keep using on Monday morning.
What's your refund policy? +
Full refund up to 14 days before the workshop, no questions asked. Between 14 and 7 days before, you'll receive a 50% refund or can transfer your seat to a friend. Within 7 days of the workshop, seats are non-refundable but transferable. If something serious happens, email me — I'm a human, not a policy.
Where exactly in Amsterdam? +
van de Sande Bakhuijzenstraat 4, 1061 AG Amsterdam. It's in Amsterdam-West, easy to reach by tram (line 7, 13, 17) or bike. Full venue details, parking info, and a short prep guide will be sent by email 3 days before the workshop.
Is it only for women? +
AI Woman is a women-first, women-centred space. We welcome women, non-binary, and gender-expansive founders. If you're unsure whether this is for you, just email me.

Let's talk first. No pressure.

Not sure if this workshop fits your business, your level, or your stage? Book a free 20-minute call with me. We'll look at what you're actually trying to solve and I'll tell you honestly if this is the right room for you — or if something else would serve you better.
